Address Your Stress Coaching

Life can be challenging.  There are decisions to be made and most people are constantly stressed out.  Let’s take a deep breath together.  My calming presence will help you get to a state of mind where you can address the issues that you need to.  The goal of each session is to feel better than when we started.  My background of psychology, coaching, Kundalini Yoga, and energy healing modalities all combine to help you permanently solve issues and realize the changes you desire.  

Address Your Stress Coaching Services offered:

  • Coaching session – 25or 50-minutes sessions to address that issue that’s weighing most of your mind.  The goal of this session is to help you feel better through deep healing.
  • Sessions are offered by phone; 50 minutes sessions are also offered in person.
